01Can you tell it was made with AI?
That depends on the style you choose. We combine AI with professional art direction, editing, grading and sound design, so the result is a brand piece, not a tech demo. Before production we show you references and frames so you know exactly what the finish will look like.
02Who owns the rights to the videos?
You do. We assign you the usage rights to the final pieces, and we only work with tools whose licences allow commercial use.
03Can you use my product, my logo or my team?
Yes. We start from photos of your product and your visual identity. If you want someone from your team, or their voice, to appear, we do it with their written consent.
04Which tools do you use?
We don't depend on any single one. We work with Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs and others, and pick the best model for each shot. Tools change every month; judgement doesn't.
05How long does delivery take?
Between 5 and 10 working days from script approval. On the Premium plan, urgent requests are turned around in 48 hours.
06Is it legal to use AI-generated video in advertising?
Yes. We comply with the EU AI Act: we never use real people without permission, and we label synthetic content whenever the rules require it. We advise you case by case.
07Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. We work remotely with companies in any European country, in English and Spanish, and deliver in more than 20 languages.
08Is there a minimum commitment?
