What data we process
The data you give us when you write to us or fill in the contact form: name, email, company, website, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.
What we use it for
To reply to your request: when you send the form we email you our presentation and, afterwards, a proposal. To show you how we work, we may prepare a sample video generated with artificial intelligence from what you tell us (your company, your website and your message) and send you a private link to watch it. We do not use your data to send you marketing without your permission.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send us the message, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If we don't end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at the latest.
Who we share it with
No one, unless required by law. Only our providers access it, to provide their service to us and as data processors: hosting and database (Vercel and Turso), email delivery (Resend) and, if we prepare a sample video for you, artificial intelligence (Anthropic for the text and Higgsfield for the images and video), which only receive the description of your project, never your email. Some of them are in the United States and work under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other safeguards required by the GDPR.
To stop automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It analyses technical data from your browser and connection (IP address, browser type, TLS fingerprint) only to tell people from bots, and it loads when you start filling in the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor for this and as a controller to improve its bot detection (its privacy notice).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to gborifernandez@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
